Reviews and Ratings
I couldn't have asked for a better location for this hotel! It's right in the historical center of Cusco, just off the main square, which was super convenient. The rooms were lovely with high ceilings and a great bath, but the view of the unappealing rooftop was a bit of a letdown. We had a triple room with 3 beds, which worked out perfectly for our group.
I stayed at a hotel located in the historical center of Cusco, very near major attractions and in a nice area close to everything. The rooms had an embarrasing close-up view of an unappealing rooftop when the windows were open but were well-equipped with a good bath. The service, while not as good as other hotels in Peru, kindly accommodated our request for a room upgrade. The dining experience was enjoyable with a harpist playing soothing music, and the facilities were well-maintained.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location is amazing, right in the heart of Cuzco. The rooms were cozy with a nice bath, but the rooftop view was quite disappointing. The service was top-notch, even though it fell short in comparison to other hotels I've stayed at. The dining experience was good with a soothing harpist, and the facilities were decent overall.
